Running machine or twist machine (Sundorne SY1)

Trying to help , friend with herself esteem, she won't go to a gym, we have cleared a room and are setting up an area she can help herself to loose some of the weight she's gained that makes her upset. Hopefully making her happier 😌 these sort of things that she can use and not get to stressed
