7 inch cast iron skillet (Franconia)

I've tried everything I know how to do to make this clean. I got it at a thrift store and then it sat so it was slightly rusty. I used steel wool on it, but when I went to season it, the paper towel kept coming up dirty. If you have the patience or tools to get this back to it's former glory, it's a great pan that will last forever lol. Pickup in franconia
