Hearing aids and/or accessories (Augusta, Georgia)

My friend is 95 % deaf. She relies on hearing aids and she recently dropped her purse in the river by accident, and completely destroyed hers. Im trying to help her with replacing them or repairing them. She has cancer and is on a fixed income. Thank you for your time and help
