Brand New Comb Binder for Making Spiral Notebooks (Tetbury GL8)

For making spiral notebooks I bought a Makeasy comb binding machine for my home office then, on my first usage, over filled it and it jammed. I'm sure I could open it up and fix it but haven't had time plus personal reasons mean I want to simply give it to someone who can use it and can make time to look inside to fix it.
