This is the Pottery Barn's Kids Anywhere chair. However, it has been well-loved and may not be in great shape for kids any longer. The cover has some fading/stains and the inner cushions slump a bit.
However, my cat loves to sleep on these, so it may be best for a small pet? A child may enjoy it as well, you'll want to wash/replace the cover first. (And they do sell replacement covers if you're interested.)
