500g pot of "Saf-levure" active dry yeast, the type you dissolve in warm water and let stand for 10 min before using. Its BBE is Sept 22 but I opened it last week and made 2 good breads with it, so it seems still fine. (Kept in the fridge since).
Would like to pass this on to someone who'll use it more than us!
