Approximately 10 ft x 8 ft but I think it's bigger. We've been helping a friend clear a small patch and didn't have a measuring tape. If you need it measuring properly I won't be able to do it until Tuesday next week.
There's also a small square piece about 1.5m x 1.5m
Both pieces, the turf is in quite good condition, not flattened, but will probably need a good vacum . There's a couple of weeds that have grown through that need to die and shrink to be removed.
This is in roundhay not meanwood, off the avenue.
