Little girl clothes (Overland)

I'm asking for little girl clothes. A friend of mine who is elderly just took on the responsibility of her three great granddaughters and is in desperate need of little girl clothes. The youngest baby is 5 months old and wears a size 9 month. And I'm unsure of the other two little girls clothes but I do know that they are four and 7 years old. Anything that you have to help is a blessing. Thank you in advance for any potential help
