Pullout sleeper bed was almost never used.
Outer dimensions approximately 110” wide x 37” deep x 27” tall.
Seating area is 90” across with seats 25” deep; the chaise part comes out about 70”.
We are in an elevator building & will require a service elevator to move the couch down (in two parts- chaise & 2 seats, so pickups may be restricted. If you want the couch, we can work out pickup details.
Going out of town-— pickup either on 4/1 or 4/10 and after.
