This has hardly been used and so is no longer needed. The make is Nutool, 185mm; the model number is UK004832. It comes in a box. The only missing part is the blade spanner listed on page 7 and again under 'Components' on p.21.
The only negative I can see is that the handles that you grasp are rubberised and feel very sticky. I would suggest binding them with some kind of tape.
