pH meter for food to borrow (NE DC near RFK Stadium)

I would like to make my ghost pepper sauce shelf stable (pH under 4.6) and can't seem to find a food meter for under $100. If we make the sauce and other stuff next year too, it may be worth investing in one, but would like to borrow one this year. Thanks for any consideration.
