Adult bicycle wheel (Cowbridge CF71)

Hi, the photos you can see with this post are wheels that I made in memorial to a dear friend of mine. These wheels I obtained from freeglers & so to the greenery & artificial flowers all came from kind freeglers.

Sadly one of these wheels went missing at the end of March 2023 from a bridge my late friend frequented multiple times a day. The missing wheel links the other 3 wheels altogether, which joined together they form my late friends daily journey he took every single day, on his faithful bike.

I've posted about the missing wheel on a local Facebook group to ask if anyone knows who took it with the aim of getting it back. To date, the wheel still remains missing & therefore I'm in need of another plea to obtain yet another bicycle wheel to remake & replace the missing wheel. Everyday I walk over this same bridge & see the empty spot where it once stood & his youngest also walks past the same place seeing it gone every day.

Please if you have a bicycle wheel (it doesn't matter it condition) but ideally the frame needs to be intact & in the original shape, and artificial foilage & flowers would be hugely welcome. If any one has an old number plate, with JW with in it I'd be sincerely grateful & if anyone has any pheasant feathers that would be fantastic.
