French speaker (Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill)

I'm looking for a French speaker with whom I can meet for coffee or just a chat periodically. I'm between Best Buy and Kohl's WC/PH, so it would be perfect if you were close by. My French is not great, but it could be lots better, if could have conversation with someone who speaks. it. Thanks.
