Hi, got these tapes for an event around 2 years ago but ended up not using. :(

They are 3M Reflective Photosensitive tapes — they look like normal glossy tape under normal light, but when you turn on flash they look like they're glow-in-the-dark. (Can see in 2nd and 3rd pics which I took myself). This works even in normal lighting conditions, doesn't necessarily need to be in dark conditions (though that is optimal).

Can use for decorating your vehicle (Pic 4+5) or could be for other uses like event decor, photography set ups etc.
