Bike rack (DT5)

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with an illness and she is now needing the use of a wheelchair. I can’t fit my whole family in with a wheelchair. I’m looking for a bike rack that goes on the back of the car. Maybe a universal one that’d go on a Nissan Note. I have checked and it is legal to transport a wheelchair in this way.
