Bicycle pannier rack and two bags (Poynton SK12)

Hi!

Here we have a bicycle pannier rack in excellent condition with attached rear reflector.

There are also two waterproof pannier bags also in excellent condition. These have fittings to allow them to be attached to the rack. They also have quick release mechanism so they can be carried with attached handle. All of these are originally from Halfords.
