This is a wheel / tyre for a sack barrow. It has a slow puncture which someone might want to repair or you might want to get a new tyre which would be cheaper than buying a whole wheel as well. I had 2 spare wheels so didn't need to repair this one hence offering it up. I can leave this outside for collection so no need to knock but would need a rough time for collection as I don't like to leave stuff on the drive for too long.
