Water Rower Seat assembly. Parts (New Market, Md Lake Linganore)

Offering a working seat assembly that came from a WaterRower Club home water rower. We received a replacement from manufacturer and this one is not needed. It does need washer clip for one of the wheels that could be gotten from hardware store. Otherwise the assembly works ok. Just may need to push wheel over on axel occasionally. These sell from vendor for $150, just hate to throw it away. Could be repurposed for garden work seat? Please indicate time/day for pickup if interested.
