Wheel chair (cary)

I am reaching out to see if anyone has a wheelchair that they no longer need. My Uncle is a Vietnam Veteran that had surgery about 8 weeks ago on his spine. He is unable to walk and therefore cannot be in the Memorial Day Parade next Monday. He has not missed this parade in over 20 years. I would like to be able push him in the wheelchair in the parade. Thank you.
