Portable food smoker with bag of oak chips (St Helens TN35)

Abu Garcia black metal food smoker box. No instructions but very simple to use and I used to smoke pieces of cheese and also mussels, sprats etc, but haven't used it for ten years at least. Just found it at back of cupboard with big bag of clean oak chips. Condition of the firebox is as you would expect after burning wood in it, the parts that would be in direct contact with your food I will put through the dishwasher.
