Structurally sound, generally in good condition but has a minor scratch. Two people needed to move this & ideally a van or a larger trailer. This sofa is approx 30 years old. It would be ideal for a project or someone setting up their first home just to get started. Smoke free house, I would say viewing is a must on this. It is nice, a shame to let it go, but it's just getting in the way now.
