Outwell Montana 12 man tent (Crookes S10)

*this tent needs a clean and re waterproofing.

This is an amazing tent. Sleeps 6 with lots of room, can stand and walk around, plenty of space inside the living area if there is rain.

We have owned this for over 10 years now but it needs a little tlc to get it ready for its next trip. We have used it this weekend and it may need an air. There are some marks on the outside. Some joint tapes need replacing and we had some water come in from the dew this weekend. I would not want to take it out in rain as it currently is.

I suspect with an investment of time that it has a few more trips left in it yet, as it is structurally sound and otherwise functional.

Would like to gift to a large family preferably.
