Interactive Cat Toy And Cat Collar (Granton EH5)

Cat toy sticks on hard surfaces and cat can spin it around- one ball has a bell in it and the other a flashing light. Bought it brand new for our cat but she is not interested whatsoever. Also up for grabs is a cat collar, pink leopard print type design with a bell. Take one, take both, whatever. Pick up only or can meet very locally (health issues prevent me going too far from home!) ( Small bag of cat treats would be much appreciated but of couse is absolutely NOT compulsory!)
