White 3 drawer file cabinet (Forest Hills, near Van Ness)

3-drawer white file cabinet (41”h, 16”w, 20”deep). Like new with lock and key, but the current owner cannot get the top drawer open. The bottom two drawers work fine. (we rescued this; internet search implies likely an inside rod feel down inside & possible to move away & it will work).
