Deep set floor levelling compound, part of an opened bag (St Just TR19)

We have used approx half a bag of this, it is a powder which mixed with water makes a smooth level and sets into a grey colour. Enough to do a small area , Bag cost £36 ! Hope someone can use it, as after a while these type of products go "off". New used a few days ago.
