27" touring bike wheels - for spares/repairs (Banner Cross S11)

27" touring bike wheels - for spares/repairs only. The rear rim is too worn to use, but the hub and 6 speed freewheel are fine, so could be re-used. The front rim is fine, but the axle seems like it might be bent. The hubs are Pelissier 2000 Professional, the rims are unbranded.
