Portable ac/fans (Pinckney)

Hiii! I’m hoping somebody would be able to bless me and my son with a portable ac unit even if it’s the little arctic air thing and/or some fans. My son already has an issue with overheating and it’s miserable for him. I’d appreciate the help more than you know!
