Cat puzzle with toys (Capitol Hill)

My girlfriend bought this for her cat who promptly ignored it. It's a bit dusty from sitting on the floor but otherwise unused. She included some fuzzy toys you drop in the holes and the cat is supposed to get them out. Coordinated pickup in Capitol Hill.
