Girl's bike for refugee kids (near De Anza College)

I'm looking for a bike for refugee girls ages 6-12. The 12 year old is very small for her age, about 4'10". If anyone has a bike in good condition (safe to ride), and is willing to donate it to these children, please let me know. (I am aware of Good Karma Bike Shop, but it requires the child to be present and this is not currently practical as they have no transportation and are quite a distance away.)
