Silicone suction things (Craig-y-don LL30)

I don’t really know what these are, so probably best to look at the picture. They are labelled “decompression dart toy” and are 3-ish inch long, multicoloured silicone things, with a suction cup at each end (a few smaller with a cup at just one end). Bought but not used for a craft-type project, so perhaps someone would like them for that, or for their intended purpose, if you know what that is! I have four packs, each containing about 12.
