2 fairly sad looking plants needing a better parent. (Mayfield EH9)

Would you like to rehabilitate these? My fingers are whatever the opposite is of green (orange?). One of a dragon tree; not sure what the other is. They’re both alive but struggling. I have no skill with houseplants at all. The smaller one is just under 1m, the larger one just over 1m. To collect from Newington please, hopefully for a better life!
