The bay tree in my front garden is seriously out of control, and needs a prune.
The leaves are very easy to dry and are ideal using in cooking for seasoning. Would anyone like a load (20-30- more if you would like ) Seems a shame to put them in the green recycling bin. We always keep a jar full for seasoning casseroles, pasta dishes . BTW they're organic too!
