I’m guessing handmade. Very basic but sturdy, will hold around fifteen average size books, maybe more, or good for knick knacks. I can’t find my tape measure right now, sorry, but size wise you can see where it stands in relation to the chair. I got it to paint and jazz up but never got around to it - perhaps you will. Cheers.
