This was given to us years ago when we rescued a parrot. That's why the grate is reinforced with a 1cm grate. It is in a sorry state LOOKING AT IT, but actually it needs just a very good washing. All the washers are there, nothing missing. We have no time to wash it ourselves, sorry about it.
As size it is perfectly adequate to a cat, a couple of rodents or birds (we used it for up to 4 cockatiels on trips to the vet).
