Samsung Printer (Fernhill G45)

I have a Samsung Xpress M2026W printer that seems to have an error. It has a solid red light (as per pic) which I cannot get rid off. There is no paper jam and the toner is new. If you know how to fix it you can have it. Message me if interested.
