They are both 15 years old and have seen very little wear as they have been in the guest room. The mattress is pocket sprung, medium and still has its fire safety certificate attached. It is no longer possible to get mattresses to fit these Ikea size beds which is why we are giving both away at the same time. When you want a replacement mattress you can get foam cut to size or you can get a standard double mattress which is about four inches too short and too narrow. The mattress folds in half and so will fit into an MPV or estate car. The bed disassembles and will fit into the same car. I will even deliver VERY locally. The bed is white mdf, the matress is grey.
