Please see photos. This is an adjustable cat collar with a bell and a quick-release safety catch to stop your cat getting strangled if the collar gets caught on a branch or something. It looks unworn.
Our cat refuses to have anything to do with collars and/or bells and transforms into a feline Houdini if we try to put one on. This collar must date from a time some years ago when we still had hope.
