Table Saw (Hagerstown- North End)

5 year old table saw. We are giving this away because we have never had good luck with it for some reason. We tried to use it yesterday on a thick piece of wood and it just would not cut. I think we locked up the blade. Makes a humming noise but I he blade does not spin. I’m sure this is an easy fix but we are done with this! Driveway pickup!
