Kitchen knives & sharpening steel (SN8 Burbage)

I have two large kitchen knives and a sharpening steel surplus to requirements. One knife has a plain broad blade 20cm long and a wooden handle. The other has a narrower finely-serrated blade, also 20cm long, with a composite handle.
