Pouches panel (High Heaton NE7)
A 'panel' of pouches. Frankly I'm not sure what it's used for LOL. 4 x 5 plastic pouches, good condition. Can be attached to a coat hanger (as shown - not included) or to anything else, using ribbon ties at the top. Could be used for socks, or sewing materials, or even lightweight tools maybe?
