I am learning to make sourdough bread. I’m Requesting a large pizza STEEL 11x14 , 8MM OR thicker. Carbon Steel please! Or a large oval cast iron Dutch oven. Will pu in Manhattan & some parts of Brooklyn Queens or the Bronx. Thank you
