Hertz dura play ball (Hester's Way GL51)

Help!!! Asking on behalf of my dog!! Does anybody have a hertz dura play ball they no longer want? My dog has used his as a security blanket for self soothing ( reactive and joint issues) so basically like a child with a dummy! He's has now got a hole in it from 5.5 years of being sucked and chewed on. I can't find any locally for sale in pet supply places and the ones online are a ridiculous price. If anyone can help my dog will be eternally grateful. Thanks for reading
