TV wall bracket (Poole, BH15)

TV wall bracket for 32”-52” TVs. This was left behind by some tenants and is not complete. Photos show instructions and all pieces I have. There appears to be one Z type part and 2 rawl plugs missing. There are also extra screws and rings. Hopefully someone can work out a solution!
