loft ladder (Rochdale OL11)

Stored outside under protective Tarpauline sheet for a couple of years so may have had some exposure to the elements but possibly some sanding and a paint job/varnish. Sturdier and safer then aluminium ladders. Over £100 if purchased new. Collection only. Will need to agree a time to collect. Photo to follow in a day or two.
