Around 7/8 years old but does have obvious stains from my toddler and some marks made by our pet cat.
Would be ideal for someone who just needs a comfy sofa for a short space of time / a man cave.
Sofa is structurally fine. Covers zip off and I have washed them previously.
All it needs is a good clean and will be perfect to tie someone over.
