MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS NEEDED - PRO BONO PRACTICE!!
I have a pro bono neurologic music therapy practice and am seeking instrument donations to meet the needs of individuals. Neurologic music therapy can help individuals who have suffered a neurologic illness such as Parkinson's or MS or a neurologic injury such as a traumatic brain injury or a stroke improve their skills in the areas of speech, cognitive functioning and upper and lower extremity movements, including walking. It is a field backed by extensive research involving the use of specific elements of music (rhythm, melody, tempo, etc) in clinical techniques that have been found to benefit individuals in the areas mentioned above. I'm reliant on the generosity of others to have the needed musical instruments to use with clients. Your donations will help so many improve their lives!

Autoharp with 3 rows of chords
Glockenspiel
Xylophone - wood or fiberglass keys
Tone bars
2 Djembe drums
frame drums
Good quality drum set
