It’s a suspending musical clown from 1990. Been in storage and unfortunately doesn’t seem to work. The music box played at a clap of hands . Now none responsive. The face hands and feet are porcelain and there’s a repair on one foot. Still pretty as a hanging doll. If you like clowns.
