Sturdy hutch with separate stand. 4ft 1in ate the longest part which is the roof. 2ft 1inch wide & 2ft aprox tall. Most of the hutch has been clad to make it stronger & warmer. It doesn’t leak. I always used puppy pads on the floor as the floor has slight lifting of the plywood but was like this when I got it. Hasn’t been lived in for a year.
