Cat/Kitten play house and scratch post. (Sidley TN40)

My cats 😸 have sat on it a handful of times in the 2 years they've had it!! So am offering to someone whos cat 😸 will get some use out of it 🙂
Its quite large - Approx 2ft wide (at the widest point & approx 2ft 10 high)

Id love for it to go to a cat charity if anyone knows of any that could make iae of it?? Or if not to someone that could actually make use of it.

Collection from near Pebsham please. Collection prefered either this afternoon or over the bank holiday weekend please.
