Dinghy trolley wheels/tyres (Windermere LA23)

Does anyone have a couple of Dinghy trolley/ wheelbarrow wheels or tyres please, as mine are perished on my old launching trolley? 4.80/4.00-8" it says on them. Many Thanks.
